These terms are the agreement between you and WapiNow. By using the app you agree to them. We've written them in plain language.
What WapiNow is
WapiNow is an event discovery and social app. It shows events near you, lets you save and RSVP to them, and lets you share posts and chat with other attendees.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account.
You must meet any age requirements that apply where you live. The app does not verify age during registration.
Password registration requires at least 6 characters.
Tickets and payments
WapiNow's current ticket flow directs you to the event organizer's or ticketing provider's own website (for example Ticketmaster). Check that provider's terms and privacy information before continuing.
All purchases, prices, refunds, and entry decisions are handled by that provider under their own terms. Always check the event details on the provider's page before paying.
Events and content
Event listings come from community members and third-party providers. We do our best but cannot guarantee every event is accurate, safe, or will happen as described. Use your judgment, especially when meeting people or going somewhere new.
Only share photos and posts that you have the right to share. Content submitted through server-backed features may be stored on WapiNow's server; some app-created content is stored on your device.
Do not post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, spammy, or that you don't have the right to share. WapiNow may take action on content or accounts as permitted by applicable law and available features.
Group chats
Event chat features may be available. Messages may be stored on WapiNow's server; do not share information in a chat that you do not want other participants to see.
Safety
WapiNow helps you find events — it does not run them. Event organizers are responsible for their own events, venues, and attendees.
If something or someone makes you feel unsafe, leave the situation first, then report it to us.
Limitations
Events and services may change or be unavailable. Use third-party event and ticket services under their own terms.
